Once our tenant has viewed and chosen your property the following stages are conducted: - Application form completed
- Administration fee and holding fee collected
- Necessary paperwork prepared and sent to you for checking
- Inventory
- Rent and deposit monies outstanding collected
- Exchange of contracts and completion.
