SENIOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT / FUTURE BRANCH MANAGER AND PARTNER Property Consultant's mission is to assist with the successful start-up of Goodson & RED’s 'new-style' property consultancy and broking branch in Tallinn. The Property Consultant has direct customer responsibilities including finding leads, telesales, arranging meetings and viewings, negotiating and preparing necessary documentation. Her/his duties also include participation in strategic planning and budgeting, developing systems, setting and meeting sales targets, achieving high sales growth and assisting with day-to-day office management. In future selecting, challenging, coaching and motivating our people will be important part of the job. The Property Consultant/Office Manager has her/his own opinion of today’s real estate market and economy. Qualities and skills of a suitable hard-working and reliable candidate include: - ability to set up and communicate clear challenging goals and targets and exceeding them
- being independent/interdependent, persistent, enthusiastic, profit conscious
- skills and hunger to grow business
- strong communication and presentation skills
- ability to act quickly and flexibility to propose and implement changes
- leadership skills
- ability/proactivity to create new ways of working and looking for new business opportunities
- preferably 2-3 years of experience as an real estate broker or an evaluator
- good language skills in Estonian and English, plus preferably also in Russian
