Tenant Introduction - If you would like us to just introduce a tenant then we can organise this. We will advertise on your behalf, seek a suitable tenant and professionally vet them. We will also prepare a professional and legal tenancy contract. At the end of the term we´ll also be happy to organise any change of tenant and handovers.
b. Full Management - We will advertise your property, professionally vet and secure a tenant, handle all repairs subject to your approval, check-in/check-out tenant, inventory, maintain tenant communication, consult utility suppliers as required, regularly inspect the property and advise you on its condition so that you can closely monitor your asset. Initial AdviceAfter your visit to our offices or just a telephone call, we will come and visit your property. We will carry out an inspection and provide you with advice on the current rental value, guidance on the condition of the property, advice on decor and facilities and give general advice on the legislation that is now in operation for letting properties.
