They´ll then offer a selection of properties appropriate to your needs. They will then conduct a matching process based on your key requirements and present suitable properties for you to view. Once you´ve viewed and chosen a property the following stages are conducted: - Application form completed
- Paperwork prepared and sent to you for checking
- Inventory
- Rent and deposit monies collected
- Exchange of contracts and completion.
