Currently, as the result of expansion we are looking forward to hire a 

PROPERTY RENTAL CONSULTANT

Rental Consultant's mission is to dedicate and contribute to flawless operation and growth of Goodson & Red´s rental consultancy and management services in Tallinn. The Rental Consultant has direct customer responsibilities - finding potential tenants and ensuring the well-being of our tenants during the whole rental cycle from initial inquiry till client's departure. This includes handling inquiries, arranging meetings and viewings, negotiating and preparing necessary documentation, managing bookings and payments, carrying out check-in and check-out procedures, arranging transfers and cleaning, solving any problems and other tasks associated with rentals and management. Her/his duty is to contribute to team's sales targets and support growth. Rental Consultants will also deliver Goodson & Red home finder service and get new apartments into the pipeline for our property management.

Skills of a suitable hard-working and reliable Rental Consultant candidate include: 

• natural hospitality 
• being independent, persistent, enthusiastic, self-motivated and open-minded 
• skills and hunger to challenge targets and grow business
• strong communication and presentation skills
• basic sales skills
• ability to act quickly and flexibility to propose and implement changes
• ability/proactivity to create and adopt new ways of working
• preferably few years of experience in a similar position 
• good language skills in Estonian, English, and Russian

PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT

Property Sales Consultant's mission is to assist with the successful build-up of Goodson & RED´s property sales consultancy and broking in Tallinn. The Property Sales Consultant has direct customer responsibilities including finding leads, telesales, listing appointments, signing up and managing new listings, arranging meetings and viewings, negotiating and preparing necessary documentation. Her/his duty is meeting sales targets and supporting high sales growth. In future, after becoming the senior consultant and branch manager, one´s duties would also include participation in strategic planning and budgeting, improving systems, setting and meeting sales targets, achieving high sales growth. Selecting, challenging, coaching and motivating sales consultants would also become an important part of the job.

The Property Sales Consultant has her/his own opinion of today´s real estate market and economy. Qualities and skills of a suitable hard-working and reliable candidate include: 

• passion for property and sales skills
• being entrepreneurial, independent, persistent, enthusiastic, self-motivated
• skills and hunger to challenge targets and grow business
• strong communication and presentation skills
• ability to act quickly and flexibility to propose and implement changes
• ability/proactivity to create and adopt new ways of working
• preferably 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or as an real estate broker or an evaluator
• good language skills in Estonian and English, plus preferably also in Russian
