Statistikaameti andmetel sai 2015 III kvartalis Eestis kasutusloa 983 eluruumi. Tegemist on viimase viie aasta ühe kõige kõrgema näitajaga, mis ületab aastatagust kasutuslubade arvu rohkem kui kahekordselt. Valminud eluruumide pind oli samal ajal 98 600 m². See on eelmise aasta näitajast 81% enam.
